November 6, 2014:  Congratulations to Arlene Burns, Mayor-elect;  Peny Wallace, incumbent Councilor; Jacki Sterner, new City Councilor!


Mosier will be electing a new Mayor and City Councilors this November.

The incumbents are:

Mayor:  Andrea Rogers (no intent to run)

Council Position #1:  Peny Wallace
Council Position #3:  Mary Lou Perry (no intent to run)
Council Position #5:  Open (YOU!)

This is an exciting time to serve your community and to participate in shaping Mosier’s future.  You will be working alongside a dedicated team of energetic and talented volunteers and staff.

If you are interested, Petition Packets are available at City Hall and online at  Petitions must be filed no later than 1:00 pm August 26th, 2014.

Excerpt from the 2010 Mosier City Charter: An elective City officer shall be a qualified elector under the State constitution and shall have resided in the City during the twelve months immediately before being elected or appointed to the office.
