Important Mosier Water Conservation Notice

Since we live in a dry summer climate that is gradually getting drier and hotter, and since it is common practice for municipalities in dry climates, the City of Mosier is instituting a Water Conservation Policy until further notice.

All water users in the Mosier Watershed, please make an effort to use less water, indoors and outdoors. The City of Molalla has a useful list of tips for conserving water, including a tool to help you calculate your daily water use and find best strategies to reduce your impact – and save money.

Practicing water conservation doesn’t have to mean going without – it’s about matching the amount of water we use with the amount of water something actually needs. Water is a precious resource that we can all take steps to use wisely.
