City of Mosier Declares State of Emergency until 9/30/21
Due to severe weather conditions and increased threat of fire, the City of Mosier declared a state of emergency July 2, 2021 initiating a fireworks ban. Use and display of fireworks as defined by ORS 480.111(7) within the City of Mosier during this State of Emergency is strictly prohibited. Use includes the lighting, exploding, or igniting of fireworks in any way. Violations of this Order shall be deemed a nuisance and shall be subject to enforcement and prosecution under the Mosier Municipal Code, in addition to being subject to all other civil and criminal enforcement and prosecution available under state and federal laws and regulations.
