You may bring in written materials for Committee and Staff to review. The Facilitator can assign the issue to a future Committee, or to an appropriate staff member. Please realize that we cannot always offer a response immediately but will give the matter due consideration. We encourage the participation of all stakeholders in our community.

1.	8:05 PM	Project Status Updates: COUNCIL ACTION: Rock Creek Park Restoration: Approval to award construction contract/budget report. COUNCIL ACTION: Bike HUB: Approval to issue Purchase Order for restroom and project status report. Well No. 5: Brief Update (no action), Wastewater Treatment Plant: Brief update (no action).
2.	8:25 PM	Office status, upcoming council items (dark sky committee, reading of ordinances, reports of infrastructure maintenance, cemetery, implementation of STR administration fees, staff plan). Financials, audit update, Hood River Intergovernmental Agreement as it relates to collection of Transportation Utility Fees
3.	9:05 PM	ADJOURN
		Due to the nature of this meeting being a council work session to facilitate and encourage public participation, we want to remind everyone that some of these items may need to be pushed to the following council meeting. If time allows for further projects to be reviewed and discussed, we welcome the opportunity to do so.
