Notice of System Development Charge Methodology
July 15, 2021
The City of Mosier hereby issues a 90-day public notice, pursuant to ORS 223.304, of its intent to amend local system development charges for water, wastewater, stormwater, and parks facilities and to create a system development charge for transportation facilities.
A draft technical report addressing the methodology and calculation of the proposed charges will be available for review on August 21, 2021 at 208 Washington Street or by contacting the City of Mosier (see contact information below).
A public hearing to take comments regarding the proposed system development charges is scheduled for 6:30 pm on November 03, 2021, on ZOOM. If you wish to comment but cannot attend the public hearing, please address written comments as follows:
