The City’s regular Council meeting wil linclude a public hearing on the proposed sale of an approximately 0.11-acre parcel of City-owned real property at 208 Washington Street. The Council proposes to sell the property for commercial use/open space, because the property no longer serves the purpose for which it was acquired and a sale will be the most beneficial use.
