The Mosier City Council will hold a public hearing on the proposed sale of a property interest to an approximately 0.4 acre parcel of City-owned real property on Fifth Avenue. The Council proposes to use the property as security for a loan to finance a portion of a public works water system project. The Council already declared the property no longer serves the purpose for which it was acquired, and has authorized a sale.
