Public Hearing on Sale of City-owned Property, on 8/29

The Mosier City Council will hold a public hearing on the proposed sale of an approximately 0.82-acre parcel of City-owned real property on Fifth Avenue (TL1600). The Council proposes to sell the property for residential use, because the property no longer serves the purpose for which it was acquired, (water utility) and a sale will be the most beneficial use.
