A ‘Net Zero’ facility to support regional safety & economic vitality in the heart of the Gorge

Located in the Columbia River Gorge between Hood River and The Dalles, Mosier is considered the “living room” for over 2,000 residents living within the city limits and surrounding agricultural valley.
